upgrade or buy new?

I am sort-of happy with my computer, but lately I am so impatient with it. I was playing with my brothers computer, and his is so much faster.

Here is what I have:
17 inch monitor
IBM
Aptiva
Authentic AMD
AMD-K6(tm) 3D processor
184.0MB RAM
14.2GB hard drive (3.32 free)
386 processor speed.

Should I buy a new computer or should I just upgrade the one I have? What could I buy to make this baby go a little faster?
