conecting?

hey all...everytime i try to 'tune in' to a station in shoutcast my winamp pops up and in the playlist section it says 1. Temporary, and 2. Internet... what the heck does this meen? :P it wont let me listen to the stations...i cliked open with winamp everytime i click this link... could this be the prob?? plz help! thx!
