Noise & Scratch filters

Just started using WinAmp after I discovered some 25 year old cassette recordings of my daughter's baby talk, to convert to MP3. I searched in vain for rumble & scratch filter plug-ins and could not find any.

I remember 30 years ago, you could use Phase Linear's Autocorrelator on noisy LPs....

Could some one please show me where I can find them?

You can get rid of things like tape hiss by running the audio file through software such as Cool Edit.
