I know people who have written to inmates before, and it is a very useful excerise as it gives those inmates who may otherwise have been forgotten a lifeline to the outside world. While we can laugh at the majority of these cases, there are a lot of genuine people in there who are looking not necessarily for love, but for companionship.

You can be a pen pal with a prisoner if you want. Groovy, as far as I'm concerned. I think entering a relationship would be a bad idea, though.

is what did all these people do to get there?

Especially the young females who have until 2011 or life to go.
And you have to admit there are some pretty nice
looking girls on that list.
At least the pictures are.
