memory leak in W2K. Fix?

Just do CTRL+ALT+DEL and click on the task manager. Or you can click on a black spot on the task bar and click task manager. You'll get all the info you need right there. This info applies to XP too. While I'm typing in here. Does anyone have problems with Win2k w/ a SB Live and there music skipping every once in a while. It's totally random. I can't figure it out. I DJ with this system so it's kind of important that I get rid of the problem. And yes, I have all of the most recent drivers.
