For Members

There is a problem on these forums, things are in chaos, it has been said a million times, let me join the crowd and re-emphasize on what is going on.

All i see is flame wars, moderators going at it, and children who dont know when anough is anough. Believe it or not, this is a community, the only difference between your own, and this one, is that you dont meet the people face to face. The same rules should apply though, DONT CAUSE TROUBLE WHERE IT ISNT NEEDED! If you have an oppinion, say it, leave it at that. If a neighbor plants a shrub that is a color, that is not to your liking, you dont go to their house and call them an idiot for planting such an ugly thing.

There are oppinions, counter-oppinions, and than there are insults. Its not hard to figure out the difference!

For Moderators

I see allot of blame pointed in your direction, some is uncalled for, some is. Here is a suggestion, when someone is out of line, send them a PM first explaining why they should stfu! by making by making your problems with them in public makes the situation worse, because now they feel insulted, intimidated, and feel their self-respect has been scorn. That is just a small problem.

A big problem is a lack of leadership... steve...

You are a moderator, you have a job to do, so get involved and moderate. You claimed there was a problem, one of which was with another moderator that had a problem. You got rid of him and made one of the other moderators pick a replacement. That is your job, why don't you do it. You will probobly say i cant pick because i dont know who is fit. Than get involved and get to know the people, and the problems.

Its time to suck it up people.

I end this, i know i will invoke a problem or two just by posting this. My poem is a bit over the top, i will hear about that. The first posts will be opinions, than someone won't agree, and become angry. That is when insults start, lets keep it from getting that far. If you have a problem, comment on it. I am anxious to hear it.
