somewhere cheap, actually, no, scratch taht, somewhere really nice, so that if i decide to date a friend of hers, she won't be telling her bad stuff about me

Problem is, you usually don't know that it's the last date until it's over. If you did, there'd be no point in going on it.

Exactly. If you are going to ditch her, you scrawl on a piece of toilet paper "I hate your guts and never want to see you again". Why waste any more money on her buying her a dinner? If she doesn't deserve that, then maybe you shouldn't be dumping her.
