checking/reviewing changes when making a skin...HELP!!!
ok, so i'm trying to make my first skin. i have winamp 2.78. i downloaded the base skin and i'm using paint shop pro to edit it. i scribbled blue all over the main window and reloaded winamp to see the changes, (just to get a feel for the general idea) and i don't see a difference. i've also heard that if you just hit f5 its a quicker way to reload the updated skin, but nothing happens either. i mean, the time elapsed blinks, so i know it's reloading, but i dont see any blue scribble anywhere. so, i went into the pledit.txt file to change the font, reloaded it, and i still dont see a thing changed. should i just download another base skin? is there something worong with the one i downloaded? or is it my version of winamp?? i don't get it!!

Making a skin takes a long time, and a skin is comprised of many different picture files, arranged in a way for the user to click on, and drag, move, etc. Might I suggest that you pay a visit to http://forums.winamp.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=12 which is Technical Support for Skins, Plugins and Developers. They can help you make a skin.
