Limp Bizkit Auditions....

This may be a repost, sorry if it is, but...

According to several people who have attended those tryouts, something is kinda fishy.....

The statements:

1) All auditioners must sign a waiver - standard
2) All performances must be copyright-free - standard
3) All performances become property of Limp Bizkit - er?

(Do you see where this is heading?)

Limp bizkit owns the non-copyrighted material performed at these auditions. Which they can then copyright. So, if your riff becomes the next multi-platinum record for Fred and Da Boyz, you MAY get a mention in the liner notes, if there is room, according to the waiver.

Just spreading the word....

Wes Borland, the guitar player was the one that left. That's why they are on a "replacement" tour...

Durst does do occasional solo work, but he hasn't left the 'bizkit. He also is works for a record company signing new bands. Staind, for example.
