Define "Won't work"

Have you tried playing with the Setup?

The CD Burner plug is crap anyways, stick with Nero or EasyCD

As sawg said, use Nero. It's stable, and it can do all that the plugin for winamp can do, such as handle playlist files, etc.

I can't offer much insight into the problem, because I didn't install the buggy p.o.s. Veritas plugin, but what I can tell you is that it was only included with the full version of 2.78c for a limited period. It's no longer included with the default setup, and for good reason.

Although the above bugs were eventually fixed, as from 24th Jan 2002, the Veritas CD Recorder plugin is no longer included with Winamp 2.78c Full setup (separate download only)

Besides, imho, 3rd-party plugins should NOT be included with the default Winamp setup. Let's keep Winamp strictly Nullsoft!

But, like the guys above say, you're best sticking with dedicated software such as Nero, or whatever software came with your burner.
