limit encoding
Hi, i'd like to know if it is possible to limit the bitrate the server receives from the source.
I mean, i got a SHOUTcast linux server, and I want to broadcast to 24kbps FIXED, even if the source is coming greater. Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad english
