How do I edit the mini browser?

I know how to edit the whole skin but the two skinner programs that I use do not set up the mini browser for you. How do u edit this?

skinner programs are crap.... and don't earn you stars on winamp.com

read the FAQ on making real winamp skins

(be prepared to put a lot of time into your skin, thats what earns you 5 star skin)
