I'm not sure if there is something in the options... there may be look there. If not I guess you will just have to settle hitting cancel everytime.

Preferences (ctrl+p) --> Input --> Nullsoft CD/line-in plugin (in_cdda.dll)
(have this selected...click on it)

Click "configure"

Uncheck "Use CDDB"

Okay and close

Unfortunately thats for CDReader...digital extraction of audio cds.
For all of you that don't have CDReader plugin its in (Right click>Options, or Ctrl+P) Preferences>Input>Nullsoft CD/LineIn plug-in (CDDB2) v2.0 (IN_CDDA.DLL). Configure that plugin, and uncheck "Use CDDB".

If you tell it you don't have an internet connection i'm pretty sure that stops it:

Preferences>Setup>No internet connection available

Nope, Winamprocker's first reply was the only one required here.
All other replies, including this one, are totally useless

Bull, I saw it before! He edited his!!!
'Tho it is funny that Winamprocker did change his post, I'm more aware that he screwed up. hehehe.
Also that was 3 over hours ago that he fixed his error, so I win. Only mods can edit posts past 3 hours that regular people can't.
