I prefer to say a little more than a number between 1-10 (tho its about a 7).
I like your eq sliders, and your pl stack buttons. Make your cbuttons a little more originol. They look too much like skinner.exe buttons (i'm not saying u used a skinner, its just thats what they look like). Make something that fits the skin a little better. I can't say much more than that right now. Like BG said, i'd need to play with it.

BTW, Cleanup: preferation? methinks u mean preference.

9/10 for the eq sliders, 6/10 for the rest...(would have been a 7 but the pl doenst have to be that big in the screen shot and it stressed my 28k connection too much)
