Right key creates problems at end of song

There are problems when using the right arrow key to skip in the song when near the end. (For example, when banging on the right arrow key to move through the twenty minutes of dead silence at the end of one song)
The most common problem is for the time to go in reverse, (Not the song, just the time.) but I have had Winamp 2.78 crash once when doing this.

Well, actually, it's a known bug RE problems using the rt cursor for seeking (especially when using old DirectSound Output), but as for the time display going into reverse . . . hmmm, not sure about this, but that could be more related to your soundcard/drivers (but alas, you didn't include any sys specs whatsoever).
