making a skin

how come when i change the file extension to wsz, the skin does not work?

are you sure you're not just adding .wsz to the end rather than changing the skin type?

if not open up windows explorer and uncheck the box in the preferences that says "hide known file extensions" then you should be able to see what type of file the skin is. then just change it to .wsz

you can't just change the file over to .wsz you have to make the compressed file with a program like pkzip or you create the whole skin with skinamp

ok converted to wsz

ok i converted it to wsz file, and it was zipped. but the main grapic still wont come up. do i have to modify a certain file. im just changing the background on the player to my bands album cover.
