Loading Playlists in C++

I'm writing a program in C++ that controls winamp for my college senior design project. The one thing that I could not find how to do in the API is load a playlist. I can save and clear a playlist, but I do not know how to load a new one. Any suggestions??

just load the playlist as you would for any other file....
