User-submitted playlists for different moods......

I was just wondering if anybody out there knew of a site that listed user-submitted playlists for different moods. Like, um, lets say you have a playlist of driving music or one for just being mellow... Any sites out there? Anyone have any interesting playlists they wanna show off?
