winamp not comming out of tray

i updated my computer from an athlon to a p4 with the same hardware and all of a sudden winamp wont come out of the tray anymore when i minimize it

when i rightclick the icon in the tray and hide/unhide the main window (ctrl-w) then it shows just a piece of the bar from the left top, it responds to keyboard input when i activate the little bar and the pulldown menu is working, but thats about it.

i've got a dualhead type setup with 2 different graphic cards, but it worked before and i'm still using the same drivers.
