This "Featured Skin" is clearly a RIP of the old Pencil AMP (Component ID 5150).
a bit sloby on the staff side isn't it?

Apart from them both being pencil on paper, there is no other indication the creator of "Hand Written" has even looked at "PencilAmp" when creating his. If we went by your premise, we would have about a dozen skin in the data-base, and every other one would have to be rejected because it is shiny, dark, green, metal, 3D or whatever someone else did first.

There are no rips in this thread.
