yo dudes help a brother out

ok i am new to winamp so don't laugh...
i want all my mp3s to be sorted by date of download instead of alphabetically. i know when you load a directory it starts this way, but i can't figure out how to get it back to date of download. also, will this stay or do i have to do this everytime i open winamp? thanks.:

Preferences (Ctrl-P) > Options > UNcheck "Sort files on load"
