Getting message about downloading

I've had winamp for years and this is the first time I have gotten any problems. When I go to tune in to a station on shoutcast I get the message " You have chosen to download a file from this location". That has never come up until a few days ago. Is there something I need to do??? I love winamp and I want to keep using it.

I use win2000 Proff.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Press Open file from Location
It'll download and automatically open your Winamp for you to listen to that specific shoutcast station.

And uncheck the option to "always ask before opening this type of file".
Or manually disable it c/o
Windows Folder Options -> File Types tab
PLS (Winamp Playlist File) -> Edit/Advanced button (depending on Windows OS) -> Uncheck: confirm open after download.

If the problem persists, eg. "always ask..." is greyed out & can't be unchecked:

IE5.5+ .pls bug
