Plug-in request?

Since i use winamp a lot to play files to record directly on to my MD. yesterday my Digital PC link stopped working. I hate how you have to set the tracks yourself when recording in analog mode. So can anyone make a simple plug-in that adds a specified amount of silence in seconds at the end of each file so that the minidisc recorder automaticly makes a new track and i dont have to sit there having my finger on the "T-Mark" button all the time?
