How to do Voice over Winamp output???

I can't find this answer. So, it must be too simple. I am trying to use WinAmp at a party and need to hopefully do voice-over WinAmp music. I have a mic input on my soundcard. Any suggestions?

The sound card does the mixing....The mic in wont interfere with winamp.

Just set the input levels for the mic and the output levels for wave/direct sound.

I'm running Win95 with the latest DirectX Updates. I access this by Start/Programs/Accessories/Multimedia/Volume Control. Based on this, I follow, "set the input levels for the mic, but am not too sure what you mean by, "the output levels for wave/direct sound." Is this Windows or soundcard specific? Care to elaborate?

Just set the volume levels so the mic or winamp arent too loud....Sorry if i was getting too technical...wave/direct sound is what you want to adjust to control the music output...or you can just use winamps volume control and its even easier.
