this file crashes every time

i actually downloaded this file when someone posted it here a while ago because it crashed winamp. It was soon fixed.
However, it appears that, at least on my computer, the bug has returned in v2.80. The file is corrupted, but its not unplayable. Winamp used to play it and Real and Windows Media still do.
i cannot upload it because it is too big (even though it is only 110 KB compressed). But i can send it to anyone who would like to test.
