Silly Question Time Again

where exactly can you have transperancies???
can they be in the cbuttons and such i know the sliders are out but is there anywhere else they can't be ??

I don't know. I mean, I haven't tried cropping every bitmap to see, but I would imagine that most things can be trasparent.

On the Main Window, Main WS, EQ, and EQ WS. You can't have 'transparency' on any sliders or buttons. You can only make the illusion of it, i.e. cutting off the VOL/BAL sliders to give you that 'fill' illusion.

You can have transparencies anywhere in the Main or EQ except where the buttons are to be. Same for the WS.

if you want it really transparent, you can use the region.txt to make anywhere in the main and eq windows transparent. and the winshades too

ok this is only a very rough draft so far and still have a hell of a lot to be done hehe as you'll see by the pic but everywhere black except maybe the title bar will be transparent and the little traingle bits i want to make into claws what ya think keep going ??

I quite like the concept...just be careful you don't overdo the transperancy, it can really kill a good skin

hey i've finished 2 of the 30 i've started and the dale ones just on hold while the creative bit is working on this one
