"Error Opening ACM Stream"

I was running winamp 2.78 and shoutcast 1.8.0 and everything was working fine. Sunddenly whenever I try to connect with shoutcast 1.8.0 I get an error message as soon as I hit the connect button that says "Error Opening ACM Stream" I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both winamp and shoutcast. I have tried upgrading to winamp 2.80. Even when I uninstall and reinstall I still get the same error message. Can someone help me please?
