how do you pack a lot of icons to a dll?

Open Visual C++ start a new dll project. Insert a new resourse icon and make it. press F7. new dll created

Why are you specifically trying to pack them to a DLL?
Programs such as Microangelo can pack them to a .icl file which Windows used to be able to read in place of a DLL. |
