Help Please

I'm looking for the visualization plugin that used to use your background/wallpaper. It would leave your icons alone, but behind them they're would be cool effects. Any help would be much appreciated.

Double-click
Settings --> Display
Check Overlay mode
Choose a colour
Check Change desktop to color.
