Cluster Listener Count Not Accurate, doesn't include second relay
I setup a cluster over the weekend composed of two relay servers being fed by a main server.
For some reason the listener count shown in the SHOUTcast directory only shows the number of listeners on one of my two relay servers instead of the number of listeners on both of them. If relay 1 and relay 2 are both up the listener count in the directory only reflects the number of listeners on relay 1. If I kick relay 1 then the directory correctly shows the number of listeners on relay 2. Once relay 1 reconnects to the source server the directory listener count goes back to showing the count of listeners only on relay 1. Both relay servers show they're being touched by yp.shoutcase.com every 3 minutes and both of them list "new backup server" in the log each time they're touched. Why would the listener count in the directory not include the number of listeners on my second relay? Thanks, Gordon |
