Cluster Listener Count Not Accurate, doesn't include second relay

The listener count seems to be *more* accurate this afternoon.

If I add the number of listeners on relay 1 and relay 2 after both have performed the yp-touch the count that shows up in the directory is always 1 less than my actual number of listeners, I don't understand why that would be though. The last time I checked and confirmed it was behaving this way was after everyone listening had been connected for at least 10 minutes (most have been connected for over an hour) and both relays performed their touches 3 times since the last listener connected.
