Cluster Listener Count Not Accurate, doesn't include second relay

I think that is what I was seeing originally then. I would have 2 listeners on relay 1 and 1 on relay 2 which would be 3 total listeners. Since the directory listed two listeners instead of 3 I assumed it was seeing stats from only one of my relays since I didn't realize it would decrement the listener count by one for each relay.
