The cartoon was great, the film really does look quality. Not just becuase Sarah is in it either.

I'll save you 8 dollars:

Theres a ghost
He's scaring away the tenants and stealing things
He is hiding in a dark cave/structure
Scooby and friends will go into cave/structure
They will reach the inevitable part where it splits into 3 paths
Fred will say the only thing he knows how to say: "Lets split up!"
Fred and the older woman will take one room
the glasses girl will take one room
Shaggy and scooby will take the room with the ghost
the ghost will appear right behind them
Shaggy will say: "is it a gh gh gh gh ghost?!"
They run, and by doing so meet up with everyone
THey inadvertantly cause the ghost to trip
They capture the ghost
They take off his mask and to everyone's surprise its the BUTLER!
Who tried to scare everyone off so he could have the house all to himself.
And he would have succeeded too if it wasn't for you lousy kids
Scooby gets a scooby snack.
The End.

And since it its a modern movie with a talking dog, expect some dog poop jokes as well.
