But, like these guys have said, all you have to do is set up the SHOUTcast server on 1 computer and the connect to the stream using Winamp and the server's IP address. The computer that is the server must have winamp running and connected to the stream and I would think about getting WWWinamp, which is a web-based Winamp controller and that way, you can control what you listen too and not have to touch the server.

Yup, WWWinamp and I used one more tool, which, alack I forget it now. Anyway, careful about this because companies in California have been sued over an office MP3 LAN stream and it has cost them millions for sharing something like 1GB of mp3's around the office. (read: illegal to stream mp3s. ) Anyway, good luck with that thing.
