sent bytes = 0

I am new to shoutcast broadcasting. I set everything up with server, etc.

When I broadcast, it reads that NOTHING is sent.

How do I broadcast live and talk with my set to broadcast live and HEAR it?

Sent Bytes 0 means that it is not picking up and audio data to send to the server. Be sure you have Winamp playing music. See: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=86076 for setting up the DSP and the mixers for music and voice.

tried

that worked in turning the microphone on, and it is showing it is live.

But, now it won't connect when I click on connect!

What turned that part off that was working?

Thanks!

Changing your Input Device should not make it unable to connect. Make sure you have the DNAS up and running and verify the info in the Output tab of the DSP is correct.
