link to start streaming-radio

Hi!

I don´t know whether I this is the right forum or not, but here we go:

I have this adress http://www.radiostream.de:30100 to stream a live-happening (dont try, it only works sunday at a certain time). Now I want to provide a link to start this adress automatically with the WinAmp-Player, even it is not the standard-player for this application.

Hope this is the correct forum and it is not the 700 time someone asked this
