Music and voice at the same time

Hi, this question asked 1000 people I guess, but I'm german and I have lousy english(as you can see).Ok, so I wanna speak into my microphone and the musicstream shell go on. But my listeners only hear my voice when I press "push to talk". In the mixer "wave gets down (in the centre and NOT until the end).What can I do that the listeners can hear the music in the background?

Do listeners hear the music when you're not pushing talk? What is selected in the Recording Mixer?
