Is there any way to stop my broadcast from buffering all the time? Please help me!

It depends what it could be. Your users may not have enough bandwidth, or you may not have enough upstream. Remember, even though most Broadband providers give great downstream speed upstream is usualy crap. Upstream is what mattes with Shoutcast.
