What is your IP?
Do you have a firewall?
What errors do your friends get?
Any Errors on the DNAS logs?
etc...

What is your port?

I tried http://24.212.20.56:8000 but its not on. So you either have a different port or if you left it at 8000 then your DNAS(server) is not on.

Works fine here . Takes a while for it to buffer but eventually it hooks up.

What is set to the Input device (DSP: Input tab > Input device)?
As far as it cutting in and out that is usually a sign of not enough upload bandwidth. Take a Speed Test and from get your UPLOAD bandwidth and then use a Listener Calculator to determine the number of listeners you can support at a certain bitrate.

Also I merged your threads together to keep down on the clutter around here.
