Is there a plug in that lets you change the shortcut buttons? I have cd controller buttons in front of my laptop, and i want to use those button to control my winamp.

Read all the documentation CLEARLY before using, but this does what you want, and more. You likely won't need the more part, and that's why you should read the documentation.
