AdAware reference update

I have Lavasoft's app that connects to their website and confirms if you have the most recent reference file for AdAware. The last few tmes I ran it, it gave me an error 404 message in the app itself. I visited Lavasoft's site and was able to access it fine through IE. Has anyone else had a problem?

Not really. I know where to find the ref file on their site. I was just wondering if anyone else was having problems running the app they provide.

The app, for anyone who isn't familiar with it, checks your version of the reference file versus the most recent one and automatically updates it if it is out of date, similar to most virus program updates. It's available at Lavasoft's site.

It turns out Lavasoft has a new version of RefUpdate: v2.0. I was running 1.3, which it seems doesn't work any more.

Also, Ad-aware itself has been updated to v5.83.

Just upgraded from 5.82, not too many files on my computer that needed to be cleaned. Thans for the notification Sandman!
