Question Psd2wal

Hey I was just reading in the bet a news section in the developer page ( http://www.winamp.com/nsdn/winamp3x/...betanews.jhtml ), and noticed this:

31-mar-2002 francis
updated psdloader
updated psd2wal
you can now write 4 lines of xml to declare your layout, put your psd group in there and never care anymore. Just: save PSD, switch to wa3, press F5. It uses a small protocol for photoshop layer naming that allows control of what objects are going to be created for each photoshop layer, and what xml params they should have.

Does anyone know where I can find this PSDloader or psd2wal, or how I can use it? I cant seem to find any info on it but it sounds like just what I need (I'm trying to make a skin and i've got all the graphics but am finding all the xml stuff near impossible...)

Thanks,
Tim.
