i have read all the help files TRUST ME
all i need to know is "do i need an address and password from shoutcast that i connect to? or do i use my ip and make up a password?"

You have to fill in the ip adress from the computer the server is running on so if the shoutcastcomputer's ip= 192.168.0.150 that's the ip you have to fill in.
