where to find shoutcast 1.8.12 ???

hi i see the top 10 radio stations
using shoutcast v1.8.12 (at least it is
showed so) but i can only download
v1.8.9 from shoutcast.com (which works fine)

what is the reason behind this ???

It's in testing and only those stations with servers on the SHOUTcast farm are testing it.
