Um, my listeners are complaining that they have to re-buffer every 7 to 10 seconds, how do i fix this?

Either yo dont have enough UL bandwidth to handle your max listener/bit rate or your listeners dont have fast enough connection to listen to your set bitrate.

Lower your output bitrate and see what happens.
