Well, I don't want to be the only one who doesn't reply to this simple question, so I'll make a post too.

Skinning Tools:
This is a good place for them.

Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.

Hmm... I don't remember this thread, I must have missed it. How could I miss this opportunity for self-promotion?

Another useful tool is Skinner's Atlas

Many who live deserve death, some who die deserve life - can you give it to them?
Then be not so quick to deal out death in judgement.

Actually, does anyone have a tool that does the pledit.txt visually?

Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.

I just use MSPaint to see what the colors will be, then I copy the RGB values into pledit.txt.

I won't be justifying that with a comment

Yeah, I do that too (although the paint programs I use convert it straight to hexadecimal). But the reason I'd like such a program is for fine tuning - so I can see the background, normal, current, & selected background all at once, and I can make tweaks to each value and see the effects immediately. I'm a perfectionist where the pledit.txt is concerned, and it usually takes me tens of tries before I get the result I'm after. A program (like the vis-editing programs) would make all that so much quicker.

Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.

It usually only takes 10 mins tops to do a viscolor.txt, even if its complicated.

What program? I have a ton of problems with finding colors that blend.

Yeah, I use the one made by the Russian guy in Atmo's list (I use the version that comes with "Winamp Wizard")

But, I propose that you try this one. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds like it's even better.
