Hi i don't have the tools or the talent to make skins

by the way it is a yaoi pic so while there are no nuddie bits if two cartoon guys offend you don't offer. thanks to anyone who can do it for me though

Why not use a skinner program? Load the pic and press save and you have your skin....

though unfortunatley many skins end up as easy as pie but as ugly as cack (sorry, i really couldn't resist)...seriously, give it a go, you might manage to change the eq barsso they don't look like the usual crap...or maybe not.
