Beginner With Questions

Hi Im a new user and im having some problems setting up the SHOUTcast server.. I've read the manual very carefully but it seems like im missing something if someone could walk me through it I would really appreciate it.. Thank you soo much!

have you downloaded everything you need? if not, you need the shoutcast server and shoutcast winamp plugin

Yea i did download everything its just that i have no clue how to start this even though ive read the readme i have no clue where to start please help me.
