Plugin needed for satellite audio signal relay

Using a technotrend compatible dvb-s satellite PCI card, I want to be able to relay the audio signal thru winamp and/or shoutcast.

This can be done by feeding the audio signal from the satellite card in the soundcard's line-in, but this means the signal will have to be re-encoded again, and will sound terrible.

The satellite card outputs audio in the mp2 format and I would like to stream this data directly to the winamp/shoutcast server.

Could anyone help me with this?
