There are some other LCARS skins. Maybe thats what they meant but the explantation link said rip.

Did you submit more than one at the same time? Like maybe three? I recall rejecting 2 right after publishing one. They were all the same. If these are the ones, a slip of the button might have said rip, while duplicate was intended.
